1. Band Parent General Meeting (01/21) (If school is not in session, we will do a Google Meet. The link will be sent out the day of. 
2. BoostBucks (Band Fundraiser) kick-off (February 4th) 
3. EVPB Pops Concert (Jazz Band, Concert Band, Symphonic Band, Wind Ensemble) (February 11th)

Band Fees:

Band fees should be paid in full at this point unless a payment plan has been discussed with the directors. To pay your band fees, please go to the Store Section on Booster Hub. 

Needs for Class:

1. A 1-inch binder with 5 dividers and a pencil pouch. 
2. Habits of a Successful Musician: We are now in Concert Season. If you have not purchased your copy of Habits, please do so at this link. 
3. Pencils
4. (Suggested for this year) A Korg Tuner (Example 1) (Example 2) (Example 3)

Students first binder check will be their first class the day we return to school.

Thank you to those who already entered their information for Solo and Ensemble. The Form is closed for UIL submissions, but you will still need to fill out the form for District Solo and Ensemble on March 1st.

Do you have pictures of the band? Whether it’s students in rehearsal or students together outside of school, upload them to the appropriate folder here!

We use these pictures on Instagram posts and at the Banquet for our celebratory slide show. Please upload pictures from throughout the fall season! We’d love to feature some of these!

Booster News 

Our general booster meeting will be at 6:30 pm on 1/21/2025 in the band hall. If school is not in session, we will do a Google Meet. The link will be sent out the day of. 

If you are interested in being on the end of year band banquet planning committee, we will have our first meeting at 6:30 pm on 1/29/25 at my house (410 Zenith Rd). Hope to see you there!

BoostBucks kick-off is February 4th. Be on the lookout for further information and details about this upcoming event.

• Reunión general de padres de la banda (21/01) a las 6:30 pm (Si no hay clases, haremos una reunión en Google Meet. El enlace se enviará el mismo día).
• Inicio de BoostBucks (Recaudación de fondos para la banda) (4 de febrero)
• Concierto de EVPB Pops (banda de jazz, banda de concierto, banda sinfónica, conjunto de viento) (11 de febrero)

Tarifas de la banda:

Las tarifas de la banda deben pagarse en su totalidad en este momento, a menos que se haya discutido un plan de pago con los directores. Para pagar las tarifas de la banda, diríjase a la sección de la tienda en Booster Hub.
