Band Fees

Please make sure you are paying your band fees. We have, currently, over $20,000 in outstanding band fees. Please login to your BoosterHub account and check on invoices. If you have any questions, please feel free to message me, see contact information at the end of this newsletter

Solo and Ensemble

We have 2, count it TWO, Solo and Ensemble events. Some of our students - those wanting to go to State UIL Solo and Ensemble, will perform at Pflugerville HS on February 28 in our regional UIL Solo and Ensemble. 

All other students will participate in our district level Solo and Ensemble event on March 7. Details about those events will come in the next few weeks. 

ALL students are required to attend one of these events.

Upon picking up your child from events, please either park in the lot in front of the school OR in the car rider pick-up lane. DO NOT use the bus lane, as we need to keep it clear for our buses AND for students to transport instruments safely from the truck to the band room.

Below are our concert/parades dates for the year. Please mark these on your calendar. Students MUST attend all concerts/parades and concert rehearsals. Please check the calendar for marching contests and football dates, as those are also mandatory.

¡Hola, familia de EVPB!

Mientras avanzamos rápidamente en el mes de enero, recuerden que tenemos muchas actividades programadas para febrero. Para mantenerse al día con todo lo que sucede, asegúrense de leer este boletín informativo (para más detalles) y consultar el calendario (para información básica).

Tenemos una reunión de padres de los miembros de la banda esta noche, 20 de enero a las 6:00 pm en el salón de ensayos de la banda de EV.

Cuotas de la banda

Por favor, asegúrense de pagar las cuotas de la banda. Actualmente, tenemos más de $20,000 en cuotas pendientes. Inicien sesión en su cuenta de BoosterHub y revisen las facturas. Si tienen alguna pregunta, por favor avísenme, miren la información de contacto por debajo.  

Solo y Conjunto

Tenemos dos eventos de solistas y conjuntos. Algunos de nuestros estudiantes, aquellos que deseen participar en el concurso estatal de solistas y conjuntos de UIL, actuarán en la Escuela Preparatoria Pflugerville el 28 de febrero en nuestro concurso regional de solistas y conjuntos de UIL. Todos los demás estudiantes participarán en nuestro concurso de solistas y conjuntos a nivel de distrito el 7 de marzo. Los detalles sobre estos eventos se darán a conocer en las próximas semanas. Todos los estudiantes deben asistir a uno de estos eventos.

Al recoger a su hijo/a de los eventos, por favor, estacione en el estacionamiento frente a la escuela o en el carril reservado para recoger a los pasajeros en automóvil. NO use el carril del autobús, ya que debemos mantenerlo despejado para que nuestros autobuses y los estudiantes transporten sus instrumentos de forma segura desde el camión hasta la sala de la banda.

Concierto/Fechas importantes

A continuación se muestran las fechas de nuestros conciertos/desfiles del año. Por favor, anótenlas en su calendario. Los estudiantes DEBEN asistir a todos los conciertos/desfiles y ensayos de conciertos. Por favor, consulten el calendario para conocer las fechas de los concursos de marcha y fútbol, ​​ya que también son obligatorios.
